When it is time for your human family to go on vacation, head out for family emergencies or any other reason that you need to board your dog, know that they will be well-cared for at Colt’s Canine Club!

We love having your pups stay with us and want to continue to provide the best of care to all dogs.  In order to do this, we cap the number of dogs we board at any time to provide specialized attention.  With that in mind, check out our policies and rules for boarding below.  Have more questions?  Reach out to us via the contact form, email or phone!   You can also sign up for boarding on our new digital platform!

Dog Boarding Policies

With the limited number of boarding spots available and being a small business, we will be only able to accept boarding reservations with a spot-holding deposit.

  • The deposit will be half the total boarding cost.  (For example, if your dog is staying with us and your total cost is $200, your boarding reservation deposit would be $100, payable at the time of reservation).
  • This is a non-refundable deposit, however, we know things come up and with proper notice of cancelation, the deposit can be applied to future boarding or training. If the deposit is not made, we cannot confirm nor hold the spot for your dog.
  • When dropping off your dog for their boarding, the balance of the boarding fee is due. If there are added services or additional days added due to travel issues, those payments should be made when you pick up your pet.
  • Dogs must be current on their vaccines, preventatives and testing.  Please see our vaccine requirement page for more details.

Dog Boarding Options

(prices subject to change – cost will be confirmed at sign up)

All options add $10/day for Holiday/Peak Weeks. (Peak weeks include but not limited to: Spring and Winter Breaks) 

  • Standard Kennel (wire kennel dependent on dog size: 4×4×5 or 5x5x6 ft)
    • Friendly Dogs $40/day
    • Reactive Dogs $50/day
    • 24-hour Care $60/day
